Beskrivning
Långholmen was once a prison but is now an inspiring and relaxing place that will help you let your thoughts free during the conference!
We offer bright, beautiful conference rooms with historical connections and modern technology. When it’s time for a break, our popular homemade coffee buffet is served. We also arrange our own prisoner-themed activities, organize guided prison tours and have our own prison museum.
EXAMPLES OF OUR CONFERENCE ROOMS:
– The Courtroom – our largest conference room with high ceilings, large windows and space for 80 people.
– Rudenschöld’s floor – Book an entire floor for up to 70 people and 3 private group rooms.
– The Wine Cellar – Unique conference room in a cellar vault.
– The Notary – Beautiful interior, high ceilings and a round table in the middle to gather around.
THE INN
The food is served in Långholmens Wärdshus, which is housed in Alstavik’s ore farm from the 1670s. Here you can enjoy Swedish food tradition prepared with local ingredients in a cozy atmosphere. For larger groups, we recommend our banquet hall, which is ideal for corporate events and parties.
THE HOTEL
The former cells have now been converted into hotel rooms with every conceivable comfort. The former prison entrance has been converted into a reception that is open 24 hours a day and outside the entrance there is a nice beach on Lake Mälaren.
